Celebrating Kevin Ciamarra’s Retirement!
After 20 years of dedication and hard work, we’re saying farewell to a true legend—Kevin! 👏
Kevin joined the Flanigan family in 2004 as a transportation manager before making his mark in asphalt sales, where his attentiveness to customers built an incredible reputation and over 5 million tons in asphalt sales! 💪
But that’s not all—Kevin also led our snow removal team, managing an average of 150 people and 90 pieces of equipment through some of the toughest blizzards, including 2010, and 2016. ❄️ His leadership kept operations running smoothly even in the harshest conditions.
More than his accomplishments, Kevin’s honesty, customer-first approach, and sense of humor turned business relationships into lifelong friendships. And, of course, we’ll never forget his signature introduction: “Hi, Eddie Van Halen.” 🎸
Kevin, your impact on our team and customers is immeasurable. Wishing you nothing but the best on this next adventure! Enjoy the open highway ahead!

Celebrating 46 Years of Dedication: Bill Burton's Retirement!
This past December, we said farewell to an incredible member of our Flanigan Family, Bill Burton, as he transitioned into the well-deserved relaxation of retired life after an astounding 46 years of exceptional service!
Bill's journey began after serving our country in Vietnam with the Army. Shortly after, he found his work home with us, hired by Toby Lowman, and began what would become a legacy of hard work, dependability, and kindness.
Starting at the Monroe St. shop, Bill quickly became indispensable. From driving the fuel truck and working as a backhoe operator to becoming the go-to mechanic, his expertise shined brightest in repairing Gradalls—at one point, servicing a fleet of 14!
What truly set Bill apart was his unwavering reliability. He rarely missed a day, was never late, and was always the first to step up in an emergency with his signature response: “No problem, boss. I'll take care of it.” His calm demeanor, mentorship to younger mechanics, and impeccable attitude earned him universal respect and admiration throughout the company.
Bill's contributions go far beyond his technical skills; he brought heart and soul to the shop, becoming a beloved figure who will be deeply missed.
Congratulations, Bill! Your Flanigan Family wishes you endless joy and relaxation as you embrace the open highway of retirement. Thank you for everything!
