Keith’s journey started working alongside his dad, Lee, another long-time member of the Flanigan team. Over the years, Keith has worked his way through a variety of roles, from Laborer to Utility Superintendent, demonstrating hard work, leadership, and dedication every step of the way.
Throughout his career, Keith has contributed to the success of countless projects across Maryland, including the Port, BWI Airport, Martin State, Tipton, city streets, and numerous private sector projects. His experience, commitment, and knowledge of the industry continue to make a lasting impact on our team and the work we do every day.

Today, we’re proud to celebrate Jimmy and his 15-year anniversary with Flanigan!
Jimmy joined the Flanigan team as a Quality Control Technician in our asphalt laboratory. Driven by a desire to learn and grow, he pursued opportunities in plant operations, completed the Operating Engineers Apprenticeship Program, and became one of our asphalt plant operators.
Over the years, Jimmy’s dedication, work ethic, and commitment to excellence have led him from Plant Operator to Plant Manager at our Westport plant. Most recently, he was promoted to General Manager of Plants, where he oversees the operations and safety of both our Westport and Monroe Street plants.
Jimmy’s career is a testament to the opportunities that come from hard work, continuous learning, and strong leadership. We are grateful for his contributions to the Flanigan team and look forward to all he will accomplish in the years ahead.

A quarter century of dedication deserves to be celebrated.
Today, we recognize Herb for 25 years of service with Flanigan. As a Tack Truck Driver, Herb has played an important role in the success of countless paving projects, bringing reliability, experience, and a strong work ethic to the job every day.
In addition to his work on the tack truck, Herb has extensive experience as a Lowboy Driver, helping transport critical equipment to and from our job sites. He is also a key member of our snow removal team, stepping up whenever needed to help keep roads safe and clear during winter weather events.
Over the years, Herb has earned the respect of his coworkers through his professionalism, dedication, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done right. His contributions have helped keep our operations running smoothly and have made a lasting impact on our team.

Celebrating Javon and his dedication to quality!
Javon began his career 5 years ago with Flanigan as a laborer at our Monroe Street plant before pursuing an opportunity with our Quality Control department. Through hard work, determination, and a commitment to learning, he earned his certification as a State Certified Quality Control Field Technician. Today, Javon plays an important role in ensuring the quality of our asphalt products by measuring density and performing core testing on projects across Maryland.
Over the years, Javon has contributed to many notable projects, including work at Martin State Airport, Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, and Dundalk Marine Terminal, along with numerous Maryland SHA and Baltimore City projects. His attention to detail and dedication to delivering a quality product help ensure Flanigan continues providing excellence to customers throughout the state.
