Since firing up the first hot mix asphalt plant in Maryland in 1908, we have lead the industry in product innovation and improvement. AGGREGATES
Flanigan’s Winchester Recycling Facility produces a variety of aggregate products. Since 2006 we have been developing and improving our capacity to produce sustainable aggregate products. Sustainable aggregate products use resources as efficiently and effectively as possible. Any environment which has undergone re-development, reconstruction, or repairs has a substantial amount of nature resources ready to be mined from aging infrastructure.
We recycle over 250,000 tons of aggregates each year. The Winchester Recycling Facility was the first state-approved recycling plant in MD to produce crushed concrete.
