2019 MdQI Award of Excellence and Partnering
This project included the removal and installation of 28,000 sy of concrete from around the end of Concourse B, encompassing gates B-6 through B-15. Partnering worked very well on this project, and weather was a major challenge to work around. Many early mornings were spent pumping water before concrete pours at 2am.
Southwest Airlines holds a very tight schedule, and Flanigan crews had to accommodate this as much as possible.
