2019 MdQI Award of Excellence Project
This project came with a lot of special challenges – working around the Artscape Festival, keeping the University of Baltimore faculty and students as unaffected as possible, meeting schedules after a fabricator went out of business, and working in the MTA Light Rail Right-of-way, to name a few. A great team effort between Baltimore City and P. Flanigan and Sons helped resolve traffic signal issues, and drove project completion.
