The Flanigan Project Management team recently attended a Pollution Identification and Water Quality Monitoring 101 class, sponsored by Blue Water Baltimore.
Our field team is now trained to act as the eyes and ears to identify and report pollution in our streams and waterways. The class taught us how to identify illicit discharges, the process to report pollution, and how to engage the broader community in restoration events
